David J. Lane

David has always enjoyed building things from Quincy’s to hiking trails to wooden structures to clay sculptures. From an artistic standpoint David absolutely loves making figurines and functional sculptures.

His figurines include gargoyles,Aliens and monsters to Christmas figures. His functional work includes book ends, jewelry boxes and candle holders. (many pieces are in the works and will be featured on this site when available).

David's goal is to create figurines for seasonal themes such as Halloween and Christmas as well as figures to be displayed throughout the year. He enjoys making whimsical as well as scary pieces. The light as well as the dark.The Yin and the Yang is evident in much of Davids work. David has made commissioned pieces and sold works at craft sales and is looking into making limited edition pieces.
